Our fours and shane did a good job on Dirk. We kicked butt in Rb. Our effort made up for the many mental mistakes we made all night. Over all I give out Defense a B today.

Ron stunk it up the 1st half and let Josh howard have his way w/ him.

1st half transition D was terrible.

Lowry went behind the screen, and Yao and scola did a poor job helping out when Lowry was picked.

He's never had to play D before in memphis, give him a break. Once he learns what he needs to do he'll be fine. He was an excellent on the ball defender, he just need to know what to do when he starts getting picked off.

The game was good, but it is just ONE game. I hope to see them not play so sloppy so much, I guess it will take awhile. But playoffs here we come.

Listen to what you said. They played so sloppy and they still defeated a Dallas team that always gives us fits. Brooks was under extreme pressure to perform and Lowry just got off the plane. Landry was out and Tmac (okay Tmac gone is addition by subtraction). Yes it is just 1 game but it is 1 game were we under performed in so many areas and still got the w. Brooks will get more comfortable as the starter and Lowry will help tremendously off the bench. The offense had moments tonight were it seemed to be executed to perfection. Oh and is it just me or did the whole teams chemistry just increase by leaps and bounds.

This has been the most excited I have been about a Rockets team in a while. Okay at the beginning of the season I had high expectations but TMac has just stank up the year. Now with him permanently out I think we are actually better. A half ass Tmac s not better than no Tmac. I don't know if we have enough talent to get out of the first round. But I have hope and that's more then I could say I week ago.
