I got my check for $13.86! How about you?

Do you have to be in a certain state to receive a check or any state?

 

Where do you sign up? I went to that site but I do not see a place to sign up.

rockHEAD was the starter of the thread. He said you must fill out the website by March something or other inorder to get the money. BUT this was from 2003, so....it is most likely over. Damn, I can't remember if I filled one out, the sad thing is I am not in the same address anymore either.
