If you have not already, you had better GO INTO the bank and verify this.... THERE IS A NEW scam that involves the "bank" calling you about someone taking money from your account... It's a SPOOFING scam involving someone digitally faking a phone call from your bank through a caller ID spoof site. If you verified any thing AT ALL over the phone, but did not receive a letter, or have not gone in the bank branch itself... you may want to do so ASAP!
