Señor Beca, do you have license plate or VIN identification for your vehicle on the ticket, sir? Odd that what leroy420 is saying above could be true. That would be very shady and poor work by those UT officers.
Having the correct license plate # is a pretty good indicator that they meant to write it for your car. OP - Discrepancies on a ticket are usually not enough to invalidate a ticket, especially when the license plate is correct. You can obviously contest the ticket if you choose to do so, but just know that you can easily be in the courthouse for 6 hours trying to do so and will likely still have to pay it.
