Let's all talk about our feelings and intimately sympathize with one another. Linear thought? Factual analysis? Objectivity? Those are overrated. That's, like, how I, personally, feel. But everyone is totally entitled to his own opinion. I mean, "their own opinion."
fixed Save the drama, I want wins. This team seems like they are above that, too bad Tmac didn't get the memo.
i'd venture to say nobody here wants to be rid of tracy more than i do, and i never liked SF3 either. to me they are two flavors of the same kind of crap. extremely physically gifted players who cant translate those gifts into winning basketball, and can't get over their massive egos enough to commit to a true team concept. that being said, SF3 was never the kind of cancer that tracy has been, so my dislike for his playing style is nowhere near the same level for my utter lack of respect for tracy as a supposed "professional athlete".
1) Steve Francis for life! For life!!! Effing A, if we could sign him right now I'd be on that train in a second. 2) I actually don't hate Tracy, I hate his ego. The guy is a beast, I think he has more skill than Kobe and LeBron. I question his attitude, not his skill. The only thing I'm suspect of currently is can he be that force he once was (right now)? I think if he could be, he'd be the center of the team, they'd retire his jersey while he's playing just to make him that epic. I think the Rockets are playing it safe, testing the rookies, and getting McGrady back in NBA shape now. I understand Tracy's enthusiasm, but at the same token, the guy is 30, he really can't take a risk this late in his career. If he comes back too soon, who knows what could happen. Above all, I just wish he would grow up, fall in line and get ready because his shot will come, just not when he wants it to... Believe me, Mac still has it in him, but he just has to take it slow.
Except it did translate into winning basketball with Tmac. Just because we didnt win a ring doesnt mean we didnt have a shot.
