Where the hell is this "Rockets are saving money by not playing him" talk coming from? As far as I know, insurance only pays when players miss the season - not when they're out for stretches. Insurance should be covering Yao, not McGrady - does anyone have a link for this insurance talk?
After the Texans game I feel....like TMAC needs to go to Minny for Rubio and a #1 pick+fillers and a Dallas/SA beat down before the weeks out.
I feel like fans like you that have a desire to see T-Mac are infringing upon my desire to see the team win.
The Rockets currently have one star caliber player on their roster and that's Yao. Tmac is no longer a star in this league. If you pay to see a Rockets game, you're paying to see good, fluent, and well executed basketball, not home team stars. Tmac is being held out not for the financial purposes, but because the time it would take for him to become comfortable again would negatively affect our chemistry.
Why would anyone want to see a player recovering from surgery hobble around the floor? I guess if you enjoy that type of entertainment you should ask the Rockets if they will sell you have a DVD of Yao sitting in a chair shooting free throws.
Maybe he is not ready yet, and maybe that is the reason he has injured a lot before, because they play him early, let the body rest and he will play better and not been injuried so much
i feel . . . . like this is a terrible post. adding tmac makes the product WORSE. what's so hard to understand about that?
the coach, owner, and other players don't want him there. he makes things worse. ever since we started hearing his name again, things have gotten worse in the organization. tmac is a cancer.
