    You will probably have to test more often, or you could do some jail time.

    But honestly, you have to be smarter than this....if you are on probation, don't smoke.

    i figure i can finish the 20 hours before oct. 1st, i dont think that will be too hard.
    i was also planning on moving back to houston in dec. geez i hope this whole situation doesnt blow up in my face.

    a violation of probation can lead to throwing the book at you with your original charge (possession).

    I don't know how counties differ, but you could be potentially screwed.

    you've to drink herbal tea or Puri-Gel or just a gallon of water the night before your visit to the PO.

    they might even hand-cuff you at your next PO meeting and take you away.

    Texas doesn't F around.

    this is based on my experience from a 1995 arrest in harris county (humble)
