...this years offense with Chris Paul on-court while Harden is out to exceed the efficiency of last year's offense with Harden on-court. Chris Paul is simply the better playmaker. 1. Paul takes way better care of the basketball than Harden does. Not nearly as many turnovers. 2. He creates better looks for others than Harden does. (The receiving pass is easier to catch and get to shooting position. And therefore their shooting percentages increase significantly.) 3. He takes more efficient shots than Harden took last season.
That's not even a question. Question is, can Paul play long enough without getting injured before Harden recovers.
And I expect our offense to be god awful when CP3 sits and Gordon or Weber run it. Point is, we need both Harden and CP3 to run our offense at all times with this current roster.
No question about that. Weber needs to develop as a playmaker quickly here or we need to go get a third playmaker.
i also expect this, and i expect us to be slightly fearful when harden's return will be nearing closer and closer
Wasn't the Rockets offense like...Top 15 All Time last year? I guess we shall find out. Hopefully so.
Who is James Harden? Who is Chris Paul? This is Bobby Brown's team, and it will go as far as Bobby Brown takes it.
no i am implying we will be so good some of us will reflexively be afraid for harden not to spoil the harmony
I expect.... People to keep debating which is better and comparing CP3 and Harden even though they shouldn't. They are both fantastic. They are both great players. They both have their strengths and their weaknesses. They both help to complement each other and MDA's offense. I'm glad they are both on our team and just really hope they are both healthy during the playoffs.
