He panicked. He really is a subpar coach in every area save for a few on offense.

The referees were a disaster last night (personally I think Scott Foster should not referee again for a long time), but this team has problems that go beyond the referees.
It is a team without a defined game plan or personality, which ends up turning each game into a three-point shooting contest.
I think we all started getting tired of seeing the same story repeated over and over again. And the worst thing is that Harden also started to get upset, even though I consider him an important part of the problem.

The bar was so low with McHale that MDA looked like a genius out there but lately he’s had some telling moments as a coach. I think his personality really comes out in the way he coaches and can be his downfall at times. Especially in playoff or pressure cooker type of situations.

Honestly, how is this team any different from the McHale era? They're doing the same damn thing. Dribble, dribble, dribble, jack up a 3. At least when McFail was here, it could be chalked up to personnel. You had Harden who could make plays and that's about it. Lin was a bust. Parsons was ok with the ball, but not a great playmaker. And Terry was an over-the-hill shooter, not a guy who could slash to the hoop or dish the ball.

D'Antoni since he's been here has had EG, Lou Williams, and Bev his first year, CP3 and EG last year, and CP3, EG, and Rivers this year to take pressure off of Harden(injuries notwithstanding). There is ZERO excuse for the offense to be this stagnant and predictable. If this is how they're gonna play at that end of the floor, then get rid of D'Antoni and bring in a defensive guru in the JVG mold so at least we're dominating at that area. The games would be ugly and boring, but they'd win a lot more of them.

Yeah, the team needs a hard arse sometimes, someone who lights a fire under their butts and give them a carrot afterwards.

Normally he just yells at refs or is mad at them.

We're finally seeing this season that he isn't a very good coach. Time and time again he doesn't when to call timeouts or make the right plays.

I've lost count of the amount times we've blown big leads with him in charge.

    Fraud.

    Such horrible situational awareness.

No wonder he’s ringless. Lacks attention to detail.

MDA needs to be gone if we lose this series. He doesn't "clap clap" but doesn't coach either.

We need a dude who will actually make plays for the players instead of just watching them play instead of acting like he's getting free courtside seats in the game.
