If I could silence speech, me being a leftist and all, I know where I would start.

 

I never once mocked him. Not even once. I just said I wish I hadn’t engaged. Telling people you have all the answers and that they’re all controlled by demons is something else, man.

 

I don't get this whole demon stuff and don't believe in it personally. Same with Satan etc. 72 virgins, much worse.

 

Even if I did, I’m not starting conversations with, “well you’re just controlled by demons”. You can say he’s the one exercising tolerance, but I bet you know that’s not true

I get the idea is to vent outrage, but reposting something that doesn't entirely reflect your ideas or thoughts generally adds more baggage on here.

Half of the Xeets out there is to kick other people's **** rather than to discuss your ideas fling your own poo.

I would hope he’d watch it, but I’ll post it again. I have before. And honestly, I’ve known a bazillion people who feel the way he does in my life as a Jesus Freak. We’re all messed up, and even an atheist can confess that, I’m sure, cause a ton of my best friends are atheists or at least agnostic….and they’re amazing to me and such great people who demonstrate love and forgiveness and struggle and defeat just like we all do. None of us have all the answers, and honestly to pretend to is heresy to me…I believe in God and I believe He/She/It/Whatever is so much bigger than what my brain can conceive of. I personally understand that through the person of Jesus. I could be entirely wrong, but either way you’re loved!

My secret sauce is a base of soy sauce with sesame oil, Mirin, rice vinegar, star anise, turmeric, sriracha and a little bit of honey. Works great in stir fries and as a marinade.

 

I brought this up on another thread that moral outrage is a drug and tweets and other social media are basically a way to get quick hits.

 

The Verge editor Nilay Patel describes the attention economy (algo) as does it make you: angry, horny, or go awww.

Describing those dopamine hits go a little deeper as I doubt our fellow bulk Xeeters here are using it primarily for Soma.

 

Your starting point is they’re controlled by demons so please forgive my overreach but it sure comes off that way.
