Did you read the definition of the word semi-permanent yet? I even did the leg work for you morons, the least you can do is read it so you can stop embarrassing yourselves. Do better, be better.
YOU ARE A MORON!!! If anyone is irked it's YOU!!! I'm not stopping you from practicing YOUR beliefs! If your girls/women practice that, I really don't care! But as a parent I have the right to deny the school from marking my kids! As I stated before: I DON'T WANT ANY MARKINGS (tattoos) ON MY KIDS!!! I don't give a rats-ass if it's easily removed! What exactly don't you understand? My kids learn absolutely NOTHING from getting a henna tattoo!!! If you or anyone else wants to let their kids get them... Spoiler ....... ....... .......
Yup, you are an anal prissy parent. Floral decorations from a plant extract on a hand. Be careful, your daughter might become a jihadist now or even worse a slut. Those floral patterns that can be removed within 5 minutes from lemons and baking soda or naturally within a week have special powers. Let's put it this way. Name ONE negative consequence if floral decorations on a child's hand made from a plant extract? One... 100% of your retentiveness over such benign things such as henna has to do with arbitrary authrotiarian power. "My child has benign markings that will not affect her either way as a moral agent but I didn't decide about it! I'm pissed!"
Uhh the definition explained it? I am not sure why you're arguing with me over the definition of a word. If you find it poorly used, then use something like temporary.
Honest question: Do you really not see how STUPID YOU SOUND???? It's like I'm talking to a five year old! You are stuck on how easily they are removed and fail miserably in seeing the bigger picture!!! Parental rights!!! Once again: You know, it's obvious that you had a GREAT upbringing! Don't change breh, you wouldn't want to disappoint!!! You can regurgitate your points as many times as you wish!!! (1) easily removed ... bla,bla,bla.... (2) your a bad parent ... bla,bla,bla.... (3) insult ... bla,bla,bla.... I'm out! You've officially bored me! ... ....... ....... .......
The only issue is that "semi-permanent" is the absolute perfect word to use in this instance....we just have a bunch of idiots that don't know what words mean trying to argue against it. It's really sad what public school can do to children with no interest in learning. They really can slip through the cracks.
He doesnt need to justify any reason. How hard of a concept is this? As for once consequence why a teacher should never put anything on a kids skin, regardless of reason, is the person could have a negative reaction to whatever is applied. When you go to a specialist, they will go through a complete page of possible things a person could have allergies or reactions to. If a specialist will go through that much trouble, why is it so hard to understand why a 7 year old shouldn't be introduced to foreign substances that they most likely never have used before.
Don't bother, this is the same idiot who thinks it's perfectly OK to kill a million people, including children, just because of guilt by association.
Even more obvious than any of that, what happens if they were supposed to have pictures made after school? What happens if they had somewhere to go? Not everyone wants goofy doodles on their kids. If the ink they used was easily removable, then I doubt there would have been a problem at all. The school's decision to do this without proper written permission was stupid and the people trying to justify this are even less intelligent. You don't go staining the skin of people's kids without pissing them off.
So the decades of school districts such as mine having face paint stations in their school"s 'field day' or festival and no irks to be heard, and a brown version comes up and suddenly 'DA ALLERGIES! WE NEED DA SPECIALIST!". Please.
If the parents didn't want this to happen to their child, then they shouldn't have chose to remain ignorant on what would be occurring that day. Bobbytheidiot, the boy genius who thinks it's OK to kill one million people including children, but God forbid someone puts some henna on a child. LOL
I do like that you keep bringing up a conversation that was over your head, proving time and time again that you weren't intelligent enough to follow along. It's adorable. I know you think this has something to do with your region, and that's why you are making an ass out of yourself trying to defend it. I accept you despite your shortcomings but it's clear that further conversation with someone as limited as yourself would be pointless. Try not to lick any windows, and have a good day.
Again, the school sent home a message about henna. The women admits that. Her complaint was about the Hindu / Muslim aspect. She would have not complained if it was a manger scene. The rest of this is simply noise.
Did they explain what henna was? Did they say that they were planning to use it on the children? Did they get a signed release from the parents explicitly authorizing dying their skin? Everything else is just noise.
Allergic reactions https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henna#Health_effects That said I don't see what the big deal is.
A valid concern if only the mother that was irked even mentioned that as a concern. Rather it was the 'cultural implications'.
Here's how it could have been done right http://downlands.w-sussex.sch.uk/wp...er-to-Year-8-re-Use-of-Henna-October-2015.pdf And here's a letter to parents in another school that did this and had complaints http://www.oasisacademyimmingham.org/content/parent-letter-year-9-henna-tattoos
If there is not a guardian to okay it, then no, I dont think a school should be doing this. We can agree to disagree on this. Face paint, which is designed to be removed with a little spit and a paper towel is very different than something that requires scrubbing and other forms of cleaners to remove it. If this was a nativity scene painted on a kid, you would have a very different view on it.
Even if it was a nativity scene, parents would be pissed about the semi-permanent ink on their kid that they'll have to work to remove.
