I'd take him with a heartbeat. Outside of Steph Curry, nobody's better than Kyrie at that position. I'd take him over Harden quitting azz
Your missing the point. The Rockets are trying to win a championship, not win a lot of games and get beat in the conference finals.
I am not missing the point. You legitimately think we will be winning a ring in the next 4 years with our current core plus any other FAs?
I don't know what this team is going to look like by the end of the offseason. I surely don't know what its going to look like in 3 or 4 years. You think someone does?
I know this collection of players aren’t making the playoffs any time soon as is and there isn’t a nice draft pick at the end of the tunnel any time soon either. I know that there are not any FAs this season better than Harden this upcoming season and that any collection of FA vets will perform worse for the team than Harden. I also know that we have to spend 90% of our cap and I rather we do so on a player that has hopes of getting us to the play in.
Signing Kyrie would be the biggest I.D.I.O.T. outside of winning a championship. Full meltdown. It would be entertaining. I would be pissed, but at this point, whatever lol.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if the worst owner is forced to go after Kyrie "Remember, Chris is more with the LeBron group, and the Carmelo group. And Kyrie is the Russell group." Historic words of wisdom. IYKYK
I am so excited about this young Rockets team. This is the one thing they could do to kill that. Sign Kyrie and I'm moving to San Antonio and becoming a Spurs fan. Not even my love for Josh Christophe could overcome my disdain for Kyrie. He is the most annoying player in the history of the NBA. He thinks he's some kind of revolutionary like Colin Kaepernick but except instead of taking a stance for human rights, this guy is fighting science (whether it's vaccines or the shape of the Earth) and actively supporting anti-semitic films. And he does all of this while showing up for 20-30 games a year. No. I will not. I cannot. I honestly felt bad for Mavs fans when they traded for him. And do you know how hard it is for me to feel bad for Mavs fans?
The unholy union of a flat earther/conspiracy theorist at point guard and an alt right neo fascist owner. What could go wrong?
“The Houston Rockets could seek a meeting as well, according to sources.” https://bleacherreport.com/articles...e-agency-meetings-kyle-kuzmas-top-suitor-more
"Patitta... No, my name's really Patrick -- Patrick Fertitta. You know, the owner's kid. Patitta's just a cool nickname they came up with for me. Do you love it or what? ... Hello? Kyrie? Hello?"
I don’t think it’s serious. Something would have to go wrong for both parties. (Which is not out of the realm of possibility but…)
