Man.. tell her you saw her messages on skype and phone. Let her know you know wassup, which will really piss her off. At that point, kick her out and tell her it's over. It's over whether you like it or not. Figure out how to move on later. First and foremost, get even: kick her out to the curb. It'll especially be better that she has nowhere to go.
