as good as this team has been playing... this win streak may be the only good thing to come out of this season... we will get knocked out in the first round again... yes.. I dont like the idea of Tmac playing heavy minutes... but then...they should have been watching Yao's minutes this year especially after the last two years... so I figure with Tmac... they will work him like the workhorse untill he drops with a injury...
He'll be fine. 48 minutes of what he did on Saturday night is probably not as exhausting as 35 minutes of what he had to do every night last season. Scola, Landry and now Alston take a lot of pressure off of him by scoring buckets efficiently. I think he also learned from last season about wearing himself down and I'm sure RA is aware that they need to keep him rested and fit for April/May.....June???? There is no way he will have the work load in this year's post season that he did in last years. He had to score almost All the points either directly or by getting other guys fantastic looks. The offense will not be anywhere as anemic this year.
exactly. all tmac did the past 2 games was stand in the high post most of the time and the double team just comes. he didn't have to constantly beat the double team off of the pick and roll and penetrate, which takes more effort. that's the point of having adelman. 48 minutes last night = 1 quarter of work under JVG
