Wouldn't call him a low upside I think he can improve on a few areas and become even scarier then he is rite now.

He did exactly what we wanted him to do over the offseason: improve his FT and 3PT shot and he did that. He will continue to improve.

Great game by Parsons, plus he was guarding Nowitzki on defense. Parsons has now scored at least 20 points in 4 consecutive games.
Morey needs to be planning for the inevitable max (or near max) contract that Parson is going to get season after next.
