    Shortest term memories.

I bet when Rivers is hitting 32 or 33 he won't be effective at all. He also won't get any contracts though.

The last time the Rockets lost, some ding-a-ling proposed that we should shut down Harden and tank. And now we have this thread?

Chill people. It's just one loss to a pretty good team. CP3, when healthy, is still a much better player than Rivers.

I'm happy to have Rivers on the team. He provides some solid depth at the guard position.

Yes Rivers is better than an injured CP3.

And CP3 is better than Rivers

    1. Austin Rivers is better than an injured cp
    2. Bobby Brown is better than an injured cp
    3. Where is the Charlie Brown "good grief" gif when you need it?
    4. Calling Harden a weak p***y resulted in him going on one of the greatest tears in NBA history

Austin Rivers is a consummate professional. He learned a lot from his dad Phillip Rivers.

CP3 starts and tends to sit after 5 mins of game time. Minutes can be adjusted accordingly thereafter.

Label of starter is petty, like label of “chief administrator of paper and plastic supply gathering products” at the grocery store.

There is a good chance that Austin Rivers may be closing games secondary to defensive mobility and size.

“Depending on situational circumstances” dictating matchups. This is why D’Antoni is paid as much as he
gets paid; make the tough decisions warranted for the time and the place. Sometimes it’s a gut decision.

OK I am saying it, you are a idiot!. Chris is way better even though he clearly has regressed somewhat but not enough to be compared to a solid role player.

I'm actually glad the Rivers acquisition is working well, but WTF is this thread for?

Isiah Thomas tonight, on Rivers: "He, like Harden, is extremely explosive. And if he gets to play with the ball for 18 to 19 seconds on the shot clock, like Harden does, he can be just as explosive in some games as Harden is now."

I want some of what Zeke is smoking.

Rivers won't get us to 65 wins and give us a chance to beat Golden State.

His 3PT% is not sustainable, and he is not a point guard like Paul. You should compare him with Gordon. And I'd accept a debate here, because he's showing he is a better on ball defender (very important), a similar shooter with a better decision making, and a similar slasher.

Chris Paul is a playmaker, pure PG, still very necessary even though has not been playing at his highest level. What Harden is doing is not sustainable.
