Make a name for myself. In 4 years after the standard rookie contract is done with, I'll leave via free agency and sign with a team I like for the max. :grin: I'd join Houston and bring them 8 glorious rings!
Pretty much. I wouldn't hesitate to move to Dallas if it meant I could get more money or a promotion, after all. It's the same with a NBA team. I mean, the way I see it with most NBA players: They spend four years on a rookie contract wherever they were drafted. Then they can spend few more years earning big money after that, but given you generally won't get more than one or possibly two of those big contracts, I wouldn't hesitate to just go where I can get the most money. After that, and when I'm older, I can go where I like, which could mean returning to my hometown team or getting a ring or something like that. That's how I see it working.
