    It happens.

    My best friend's brother-in-law did this. Dude died from it.

    First mistake was letting her drive. Would have been much more effective if he was driving then jumped out.

    yep. a distant cousin of mine did this as well. i think it was more because she had mental problems, but she just opened the car door, jumped out and died pretty much instantly.
