Rudy Giuliani, former New York City mayor and private attorney for President Trump, gave hard drive data from Hunter Biden's alleged laptop to Delaware police over concerns of child endangerment involving "numerous pictures of underage girls."

Giuliani said he had evidence that the laptop contained material suggesting possible child endangerment and sexual exploitation of minors, including text messages allegedly between Hunter Biden and his father, Joe Biden, discussing a sexual relationship with "an unnamed 14-year-old girl."

After seeing the material, Giuliani reports that he shared the data with local police, the New Castle County Police Department in Wilmington, Delaware.

"I told them other details about what appears to be an inappropriate sexual relationship," said Giuliani. "They told me it would be investigated."

Giuliani said that former New York Police Department commissioner Bernard Kerik joined him in delivering the information, which he believed fell under mandatory reporting requirements in Delaware.

"The conduct falls under the mandatory reporting requirements for child endangerment," said Giuliani. "If I was the U.S. attorney or the mayor or Bernie [Kerik] was still the commissioner, it would have been a crime for us not to report what we had."

Giuliani did not reveal any details on the 14-year-old minor in question, but said there were both photos and texts that led to concerns about her welfare.

"There are many texts which I gave to them that point out that family was concerned about the safety of the child," Giuliani said. "I will tell you the evidence I gave them states it was reported to Joe Biden. What did he do about it?"


Hunter Biden: "She [Hunter Biden's sister-in-law, Hallie Biden, with whom he had a relationship] told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate with [redacted, who Giuliani claims is the 14-year-old girl] when she says that I face time naked with her and the reason I can't have her out to see me is because I'll walk around naked smoking crack talijing (sic) [redacted] girls on face time. When she was pressed she said that [redacted] never said anything like that but the bottom line is that I create and catised (sic) a very unsafe environment for the kids. If it stopped there I would let it go but then [redacted] friend [redacted] sober coach."

The contact purportedly belonging to Joe Biden is the same contact from a previously published text exchange between the two where that contact explicitly calls Hunter "son."

Giuliani also criticized the FBI, which has reportedly had a copy of the laptop's data for nearly a year.

"The FBI has had this for a long time," Giuliani said. "No indication they did anything about this, so I went to the local police and said, 'What are you going to do about this?'"

Officials have reportedly confirmed that the case has already been referred to Delaware's Department of Justice.

I wouldn’t rely on the FBI being transparent in their investigations. The better reason not to believe this is that it so far too over the top to believe without very strong evidence.

 

Who would they report it to? You mean why didn't they investigate it. That's a great question that needs to be answered.
