why would Hunter introduce his "investment partner" to his father, who happens to be the VP of the United States. moreover, the meeting took place in the White House- these sorts of meetings don't just happen for "some guy who's a friend..."

but, thank you for acknowledging the thread title is accurate.

a meeting taking place in the White House proves the premise of the thread.

    I didn't acknowledge anything.

    Wtf are you talking about?

People, specifically people who are about to make significant changes in their life, like leaving a big job, routinely meet with investment advisors. I have had my investment advisors visit me in my office. You think the VP is going to send the secret service to some office building in town to secure it for some meeting? No...they would make the advisor come to the already secure white house.

You have taken some routine and normal interactions, rearranged key descriptions like changing "investment advisor" to "business partner" and tried to tie together some weak conspiracy theory.

So again, what is the scandal??!

There are conservatives here. We dont have to support every move the former president made. Unlike supporters of the current president, we can admit the dude we voted for had shortcomings. None of these politicians walk on water. Well, maybe stacey A does.

So I need to add a fourth party... "conservatives" that voted for trump? What makes "conservatives different from "republicans... that voted for trump"?

Also curious which Democrats you believe haven't criticized Biden? Heck most have criticized him for one reason or another so far here. Or at least expressed some disappointment with something he has said or done. And some either don't think he will run or hope he doesn't run. I'd bet that a greater % of republicans/conservatives/self-identified libertarians more blindly support trump than Democrats support Biden.

Yeah and look it’s just a debate tactic. The thought process behind it is they want you to think “well if this is really someone just on the fence and might go either way, I need to be very careful and polite and debate in the most approachable non assuming way possible.” Then they take advantage of that approachability to spin you around circles.

Basso is far from the worst at that tactic and I wouldn’t discourage anyone from engaging him but look we aren’t stupid. If you want to be viewed as independent and here in good faith, actually show balance on obvious events that are parallel or trying to be presented as whataboutism parallels (Kushers situation is far far far worse of course).

Meetings happen in the white house all the time. That doesn't prove Biden lied about knowing Hunter's business deals or that there was any corruption.

You are missing an important link in proving any kind of a case.

    dozens of plausible reasons.
There are plenty of logistical reasons why it would be there. Security and secret service organization and schedules would be among the most obvious.

Of course if the deal were illegal or corrupt, it would make sense to conduct it some place less public.

I would love to see a big time politician held accountable. You haven't shown any reason that a crime or even corruption was committed.

    The link is right there.

    1. Jared was given control of US- Saudi relations, as a government employee.

    2. Jared procured favorable Saudi policies re Kashoggi murder & dismemberment by MBS and Yemen War.

    3. Jared was paid (bribed) $2 billion in return for his service after he left office, and as a retainer for future services

    4. MBS continues to provide anti-US/pro-TrumPutinBasso policy.

Why the cover-up, @FranchiseBlade _- what do you and @basso dispute about this chronology?

    Literally nothing. Right?

Heck yeah. Jared and Trump are almost certainly guilty.

I've seen nothing to indicate Hunter and Joe Biden are guilty. I'm looking. But nothing had been presented.

Stop trying to change the subject.

Just because Trump called it "Kung Flu" years later in a desperate bid for reelection with @basso votes doesn't change the highly unusual Chinese trademark protection that Ivanka and Jared procured in the middle of Trump's shart of a trade war

There is. I'm sure people interested in opposing White House power and connections for personal gain would have many posts there. Or in one of the other threads that presents actual evidence of corruption and abuse of power as opposed to this one which does not.

However, people who don't really care about that issue but have the singular goal of going after a person merely because they don't like the political stance on issues, they wouldn't.

You said there are 3 parties
    1 democrats
    2 trump supporters
    3 libertarians

Maybe I just misunderstood your post. You didn't mention Republicans and I dont want to overanalyze it, so roll on brother. I dont want him to run. If Biden can beat him, anyone can.

I know people have said that Hunter Biden's business partner had a single meeting with somebody in the White House. Presumably it might even had been a meeting over ice cream with Vice-President Joe himself, but there are reports today that the business partner met with people in the White House 27 times while Obama was president and Joe was VP.

If true I wonder how that changes the ice cream social spin on the story

Do Republicans still exist as political party? Oh, I guess there are still a few members, but the trump supporters seem to be weeding those out. Look at how mojoman is celebrating Senator Murkowski struggling to beat the trump candidate? Or look how they removed Congresswoman Cheney from her leadership position.

btw, you forgot to put the quotation marks around "libertarians".

That is an interesting question. Programmed? Simple and single function? Incapable of functioning without programming? Unable to apply human thought, or human functions like compassion?

And that describes the bot too...
