I've said it before on here - WOMEN now DO make their own money too. (All you hear about is "glass ceiling" but fact of the matter is women having high earning capacity.) If wage earning sufficiency is criteria to use, women should be demanding LESS. Or these settlements need to balance out more for BOTH sides. I actually agree man shouldnt be asking for alimony, kinda weak. But its not even that tired "gender battle" thing - if one side time and time again DECLINES following a particular "honor", then why should the other side abide.
