    In a shocking move, the Rockets trade for Amare and Barbosa while completing the Fernandez trade, only to see all the first two go down with Yao-esque injuries and Fernandez go back to Europe.

    In a related move, the Rockets decide to fill the voids left by their absences by signing Andre Barrett, Malik Badiane, and and Adrian Griffin.

    Ron Artest walks the walk and destroys Tracy McGrady's (was playing well before this) career in our 1st game vs the Lakers.

    Daryl Morey quits, joins the Knicks.

    Rockets have the worst record in the league, but somehow ending up with the worst pick in the lottery (13th).

    Tmac comes back plays well and before we get a monster trade for him at the trade deadline, he "mysteriously" gets injured and cannot be traded

    James White gets into the dunk contest. He misses on every one of his attempts, twice getting hung by the rim badly.

    Carl Landry checks into rehab for deep depression, because he isnt the same player. Citing he's not that "ol explosive Carl" as he used to be...

    The competition intense for a roster spot, during a workout tempers flare and Joey Dorsey throws a weight at Pops Mensah-Bonsu. Which misses and hits Aaron Brooks in the head, putting him in a season long coma. And results in Dorsey's dismissal from the team.

    Rick Adelman finally admits Yao's no Brad Miller or Vlade Divac. And all that low post stuff of his gets you nowhere in this league.

    Coaching staff heard commenting how Chuck Hayes's 3 point shooting form looks much improved...
