https://www.humblebundle.com What are you waiting for? Even if you don't play games that much. What are you waiting for?
And the current average price is only $4.66? People are cheapskates. I'd buy it, but I already own all the games I want off this bundle.
Bought it just for BF3. Plus the Deadspace games are not too bad. Also wanted to try Mirror's Edge. I'd say this is the best humble bundle ever.
Never got into Humble Bundle before, but I'm in like Flynn. Lots of good games here. And EA won't see one red cent! Origin can't take any codes at the moment. (And yes, I know the majority of the game codes are Steam-enabled.) Geez, EA is really turning this into a Humble Bumble. Amirite? See, what I did was to take the word "bundle" and change it to "bumble" to represent EA's ineptitude. Because EA sucks.
Dead Space 1 & 3 but no 2. Whats up with that? Can these games be activated on steam or do we have to go through Origin?
Some can be activated on steam, some can be activated on Origin. Some games you can activate on both. You can figure out which by looking at the icons underneath each game on the website.
Steam doesn't really work on my computer. Some damn bootstrapper error and I tried the fixes on the steam forum but they didn't fix the problem.
I just donated but how do I retrieve the Sims?\ Like I got all the steam games that I wanted, none really, but Sims 3 is what I wanted. Do I have, HAVE, to dl that origins thingy?
Has anyone used Google Wallet to pay for these games? I'm trying to, but for some reason, it won't let me pay with Google Wallet, it'll just let me use the credit card on my google account.
Let me clarify here, the google play cards that you redeem on your phone to add money in your Google Wallet, can I buy the humble bundle with the money on my Google Wallet? Or are those only able for google play purchases?
Except that only Battlefield 3 and Sims 3 require Origin; two of EA's tentpoles. That's like asking for a non-steam version of DOTA2 or Half-Life. It's incredible to me that EA is even giving the option of steam keys for the majority of the games included; this seems like a potentially amazing loss-leader to get people to try Origin, but if they just redeem on Steam that kind of defeats the purpose. It still blows my mind that a AAA game released only 6 months ago can be had for $1 along with 5 others, while Skyrim, a game that's 20 months old can only muster up a 40% discount on it's complete edition. Major Humble Bundles (non-weeklies) always run for two weeks, and without fail add extra games during the second week for everyone who purchases early (including those who don't beat the average), and for those who beat the average after the bonuses are revealed. It's all but a guarantee that Dead Space 2 will be one of the bonus games revealed next week; I'd also expect Crysis 1, and Medal of Honor:Airborne. There's an outside shot at Bulletstorm, since it's been bundled before in this kind of deep discount pack before by Amazon. If I were designing the bundle, I'd also add in Mass Effect 2, which has been bundled before, and has a decent shot at hooking super-late-to-the-party people and leading them to buy Mass Effect 3 with its incredibly expensive and plot critical DLC, and money sucking multiplayer.
