Sounds like a Black Mirror episode.

I'd love to hear my Dad's voice again, but not like this. Why Cell companies don't allow you to permanently save voicemails pisses me off.

 

I keep a bunch of voice mails saved from my deceased parents still on my phone (its been a few years now). I would like to save them somewhere, but I have no idea how. It didn't occur to me that they could be lost forever at some point like when I switch phones.

 

There may be an option to save the the voicemail in the voicemail app you're using to a file locally on the phone and then you can transfer it. For example, my TMobile Visual Voicemail app allows me to save voicemails locally as AMR files.

lol. I posted the original story in another thread a few days ago, but never thought it would end like this. I listened to that crap and it sounds like most of the autotuned garbage I hear, so wouldn't be able to tell the difference. They should bring him back looking like Logic or something.
