Dropped my cable to save money and became a streamer almost two years ago. I recently got a roku so I could start streaming to my tv. I've had Netflix for several years and happy with it. Thinking about adding hulu plus to get more current tv shows. Its $7.99 a month was going to give the one week free trial a go. I curious to know how long to they leave the current shows on before they are replaced? And if its worth having?
what prgram do you use to stream to roku.. i use tversity to stream to xbox, it supports hulu but only the premium version which i guess isnt the one i paid for.. just asking if theres another way to stream hulu that wont require me to buy a premium version..
ok but is there a program that can stream hulu plus for free to your set top device?? as i said tversity wont stream it unless you buy their premium version i bought the basic version..
actually nevermind, i completely forgot that xbox has a hulu plus app within the console so you dont even need to use a pc to stream it.. im guessing this is how it works on roku as well.. was under the impression you needed a program like tversty to bridge your huluplus to your set top device. which is also an option, similar to the way you stream ballstreams to your set top device..
Hulu Plus is just a standalone app available on most devices. However, to actually USE the streaming function for mobile and set top devices, you will need to pay for the subscription to do so.
