What is there to explain about a badly directed movie? The Hulk dog scene is many time better than any action scenes in TIH. Only people who knows movies will tell you that Hulk is a better directed movie. Only fanboys will like TIC because it got stupid actions with bad acting, directing and horrendous CG Hulk.

I didn't think the Hulk was too bad but they did drop the ball mid way through. It started out very interesting but went down hill fast.

And yes, the ending was complete trash.

I find it hard to believe that many find Hulk better than TIH....i also find it hard to believe that people actually like the Jazz....guess that just shows you that there are always some weirdos out there

I was not a big fan at all of the new movie, but I love Edward Norton and think hes good for the role (he wasnt the problem with the movie) so I want him back.

Neither one is very good, at the very least Lee tried some thing visually that were interesting until they got annoying.

The only thing the original was good for was the actual Hulk imo in which he looked good.

    EVERYTHING else sucked.
    Mutant dogs...really ?

TIH had the best fight scene ever for a comic book movie. Good to great acting. Used a lot of source material.

Not really an factual explanation. More of a 'my opinion is better than most ' statement. However, it explains a lot to me about your statement, so no further input is needed. Thank you.

    Let me say this.
Norton's movie had the benefit of not really having to EXPLAIN The Hulk
Ang's movie was a Good Setup movie
[they way Spiderman I was a nice setup for Spiderman II]

You cannot just put in alot of the Hulk's villians without some explaination.
    Betty needed Explaining
    Betty's dad needed explaining
    Bruce's complicated past needed explaining.

While FANBOYS can say . .well we knew that and did not need it rehashed
well . .the movie was made for more than just fanboys

So personally I think ANG's movie gets ripped alot but it had ALOT OF GROUND TO COVER and did so pretty darn good.

Do you even know what a good directing movie is? Louis Leterrier, yeah he's very good. Need I say more?

Totally agreed. Found Ang Lee's take more interesting than Louis Leterrier's take. Louis Leterrier turn the Hulk into a cheap second class full of awful actions. Ang Lee's take might not be the HULK movie that I wanted but it's superior to Louis Leterrier's take. As a big Hulk comic book collector as a kid, I'm still waiting what can be done with the Hulk onscreen because I don't think it going to be easy to satisfy alot of people because Hulk isn't your typical superhero.

This Avengers movie won't come out for probably another 5 years! If they are making individual movies for some of the Avengers to build them up/the story like Iron Man, the Hulk, that means we still have to wait for the Captain America and Thor movies to come and who knows who else (im not a comic book guy so I dont know who else is in the Avengers)

I find it funny people want to say Norton's movie had nothing to do with ANG's movie
My 1st thought was . .. Why did it start in South/Central America basically, where ANG's movie left off?

Ang's movie was subpar no matter how you split it....Hulk is to action as Hugh Hefner is to p*rn.

You can not separate the two.
