You either die the hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain

I thought Don Johnson was the moral authority of the '80s.

The 80s were so patriotic. When Hogan was doing his thing, and we were killing Iranians or whatever.

    Really?

    WHO CARES.

He is Hulk Hogan, not the Pope.

So let me get this right.... a blonde haired, middle aged white man, from Florida, that has a history of substance abuse and works in a machismo industry has made ignorant comments about minorities????

    COLOR ME SHOCKED!

What a joke.... what about the Iron Sheik? He constantly spouts ignorant garbage.

I would understand if a politician or guru of some sort said something negative....... but he is a rastler.... you don't go to him for social reform.

Hogan played Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight? Damn, he's a better actor than I remember. Guess I need to re-watch Suburban Commando.

Dude actually referred to himself as a racist. It's not until he got fired that he said the whole "this isn't me" thing.

Is this the interview that got him fired? I'm so sick of this new PC America where everything is censored.

    PC America?

WWE has the right to fire Hogan for any reason. Not sure why some people don't understand how this works.

Are you saying that, if you say 'that' word in front of the people it most directly offends, you won't get destroyed?

By all means, be my guest.

I'm so sick of this new America where people face no consequences for their actions. If someone in a public relations industry says something racist, then it makes the consequence would be to remove the person from that job. (if this is real at all)

What kind of Americans cry out and whine "PC" every time a person faces consequences for their actions?

I looked for the sex tape for research but no luck. Did he use the "A" or the "er"?

    New America?
The level of PC in this country is what is new....

I do not mind WWE firing Hogan, he said what he said....... but they are not firing because he said it, they are firing because he got caught. Do you think they were not aware of how he was, or what he said? Of course they did. What about the Iron Sheik? He has said far worse......... It seems to be just another media story that is pushed because it gets people talking and pissed.

My question is where do you draw the line?

For example this Colin Cowherd stuff is insane.... he shouldn't be fired....

Danny Ferry? I don't know, there seems to be real solid evidence that he did simply read what a scout said.

We are talking about ruining peoples lives.

What about Jamie Fox and the racist comments he has made?

I don't think racism/sexism or anything of that sort is going away, just that people are afraid to say anything that can be taken out of context.... People are looking to be offended.

WalMart recently pulled birthday cakes because someone was offended that the decoration on the cake looked like "666".

Riahanna and Paris Hilton get away with racist comments.... but it didn't result in any consequence. Shaq? Moby?

It just seems like a witch hunt to me.
