Well, well, well. It seems there could be a case of Chicago-style cronyism at play with the rollout debacle. It seems Michelle's ivy league college friend is a senior executive at the company that was "awarded" the contract to develop the website. Michelle and Toni Townes-Whitley are also both members of the black Princeton alumni group... Did anybody expect anything less from this Obama family? Now we're into black cronyism. (and yes, it was a "no-bid contract")

Toni Townes-Whitley was a classmate and pal of Michelle Obama (then Michelle Robinson) back in 1985 when the two graduated from Princeton. In yet another amazing ‘coincidence’ Toni Townes-Whitley also just so happens to be a top executive at CGI Federal, the company that earned the no-bid contract to build the failed Obamacare website. Toni Townes-Whitley is described as the Senior Vice-President, Civilian Agency Programs at CGI. $678 million of your tax dollars was paid to CGI Federal to build the non-working Healthcare.gov website. Pay to place must just be the Chicago way. No wonder Obama had that arrogant smirk on his face as he was signing the ObamaCARE bill back in 2010.

Good thing we didn't go round up WMD's in Iraq with Vice President/CEO of Halliburton and kill thousands and thousands of people in the process. Because that would literally be evil personified in one person.

I'm aware of that. I'm just talking about blood money. They are both awful, but cronyism with war contracts is worse.

Can we agree with that bigtexxx?

    fireandreamitchell.com?

Jeeez, the places lil't has to go for his hate news these days. And oh look! The comments section practically write his posts for him.

    Oh well,

So which is it? "Chicago-style cronyism"? Or "black cronyism?"

    I'm confused

So you cannot refute even a single thing that I posted? 'nuff said

    It's both types of cronyism.

The sources get further and further out there as the right wing gets further and further out onto the extreme and as a result, increasingly irrelevant. There now in the realm of alien babies and loch ness monsters, and soon they will be in the "read on a bathroom wall" territory.

Clearly you just can't refute any of the facts those articles post. Think harder.

    What's there to refute?

Tell you what. I'll give Cheney and Bush a pass at giving contracts to Halliburton (who ended up making BILLIONS off of dead Americans) if you'll let Michelle's college friends build a website.

CNN's Carol Costello tried and tried to get Rep. Marsha Blackburn to tell her how the Obamacare website "specifically" violated medical privacy laws, since her network couldn't find any violations. It did not go well.

    A sample of Costello's questions:

"So what specifically were you referring to on the website that violates, that could possibly violate HIPAA?"

"Specifically what medical information does the website ask for? And specifically what private information that the government doesn't already have does the website ask for?"

"What specifically does the website ask that I might be afraid might be shared with whomever? Specifically what information?"

A typical Blackburn answer: "What we want to make certain is the individual has a right to privacy."

BTW texxx, the President was speaking to you and your kind today. I hope you listened.

"That's why it's also interesting to see Republicans in Congress expressing so much concern that people are having trouble buying health insurance through the new website," "Especially considering they've spent the last few years so obsessed with denying people access to health insurance that they just shut down the government and threatened default over it."

"It's well past the time for folks to stop rooting for its failure,"

In other words, shut up, sit down, and let the adults get to work.

I cannot refute a single thing texxx posted.

it certainly appears Michelle Obama went to Princeton with this woman.

they were even members of a black Princeton alumni group.

this is only a piece of the puzzle.

now, I just want to know what kind of cronyism, specifically, is the kind where we award war contracts to Halliburton.

is it white cronyism? is it Texas-style cronyism? or is it both types of cronyism?
