Since they say the dog didn't suffer.. they should just strap some explosives to him and see if that's a true statement.

In spite of the no animal cruelty charges, it'll be impossible for him to pick up the pieces now.

I vote they strap them to those that don't believe the dog suffered. This is heartbreaking to read.

I think it's pretty horrible but the people talking about murdering humans over this is pretty stupid.

What doyou think is next ? You can't just kill animals like that, he blew up a dog for Christ's sake.... If that's not alarms all over the place I don't know what is... And the fact it was a personal issue with another person that pushed him to do it.

I knew a dude in high school who lit a squirrel on fire and taped it. I wonder what kind of nasty crimes he's commited a decade later.

He was charged with other stuff, so I don't care. Prosecutor sees he's got a guy who needs to do some time and found the clearest path to getting him there. Reckless endangerment and possession of explosives sound like slam-dunk charges, and he figures the animal cruelty charge might be vulnerable because it has a suffering requirement. So he drops the thing that's hardest to prove so he can do the easy stuff. And the punishment on the other charges will be all the stiffer because the judge and jury know he blew up a dog. I'm cool with that.
