I don't want Hudson or Howard for any reason. So if a trade went down between them, i probably wouldn't even bother replying on the 500 response thread that would come to be about it.:(

Beggers can't be choosers. We might not be able to make that move to trade one of our crappy PFs for a better PF.

ANY move as far as I am concerned that nets us a BETTER ASSET for the team to "use" OR "trade", is a trade I would be willing to make with Howard or Taylor at this point.

Think out of the box people. Think long term. Sometimes getting the players you want isnt as simple as trading A for B. Sometimes it is trading A for B. And then B is a better asset so we can trade to acquire C.

His agent should suggest a haircut.

If we're thinking about the future, why would we want to pick up Troy Hudson. We should pick up someone young and have potential.

I agree with the "youth" movement. But again, you are lookin at point A to point B. Is Hudson better than Howard? If YES then make trade. End of story.

What if you then could parlay Hudson later on into a young player? Perhaps a player you couldnt have gotten with Howard to begin with.

That's what I am trying to say. Asset Building.

We have enough COMBO guards!!!! Why do we need another shooting/point guard, we need a distributor!

I saw Mark Price on the Cleveland telecast last night and he looked like he was in good shape. He fits the JVG and CD profile of being old so he is definitely qualified. We could probably steal him for a 4 year deal around 20 million. The way they like to throw money around for washed up players, why not throw it out to a retiree? We haven't gone there yet, but, you never know with these guys!!

We're not going after Price when Starks is out there.

Did you guys listen to JVG this morning on 610 and John G. suggested Anthony Mason for PF and JVG said oh he's long been retired, almost as if he would consider it if he were still playing despite him being 90. Pretty funny.
