I agree I usually really respect Hubie but he kinda sounds like he doesn't like the Rockets because of analytic's. Really like Marv Albert and Chris Webber the best, Chris is totally unbiased and really knows the game.

We better get Chris Webber, he's always highly intelligent and complimentary of both teams!

Only thing that bugged me was when he audibly groaned every time Brewer made a 3 down the stretch. The crowd got hyped and usually commenators get hyped as well but he just groaned and then stayed quiet like he was disappointed.

Irony. I couldn't hear a single word of the commentary over the shouts of the bar patrons but you're waiting out ESPN in favor of TNT for favorable Rockets coverage? TNT is the last place in the world I'd go looking for fair coverage of our Houston Rockets. I'd go for ESPN, ABC, or local Dallas coverage in search of fair coverage of the Rockets before I went to TNT. Barkley runs the show there and the others just follow along. There will never be a kind, fair, or just coverage of our team on TNT as long as Chuck's there.

Yeah, Chuck is so into his he tells the truth thing as if doing so makes it accurate. I've lost a lot respect for Chuck. He easily used to be the best NBA commentator on television. Definitely not so any longer.

I think Shaq has been a horrible influence on that show. Shaq is just a big clown with little insight to add to the show. He's a seven foot 14 year old.

The only people who enjoy Hubie Brown are the people that are the same age as him

Agreed. No matter what pro-Hubie people think, they're just fooling themselves. Deep down, you know this is not unbiased commentating. Guess what, ALL of media is monopolized and everything is controlled. These people are not at all allowed to be objective. They read off cue's and talking points.

Hubie Brown was nearing the end of fifth grade when World War II ended.

I think he just phones it in. And that's what I can't stand, because there just isn't any substance. "It's just word shaped air"

The TNT halftime show has gone from average to absolutely terrible. I don't know much about Ernie Johnson's history, but he's just playing the role of clown these days. Shaq has absolutely no insight and his ego is unbearable... It seems like TNT encourages his annoying behavior as well. Charles is a hilarious idiot, but he doesn't seem funny any more. Kenny seems to be the only one on the show that even attempts to prepare in advance, but it is 1 voice against 3 morons.

Come on folks....Hubie is not that bad and I actually believe he calls it fair and even for the most part...Though JVG is my current favorite, simply due to homerism. I think we can all be thankful that Bill Walton does not broadcast anymore!--those were tough years.

What? Shaq will jump in to defend Dwight. Oh, wait...

BTW - - say what you will about Hubie, and I despise his mic skills, he won two COTY awards - - 26 years apart, and is moving in on his 82nd birthday.
