Go up to her and ask her for the link. Or just avoid all the preliminary stuff and ask her if she has a few pictures of herself in her purse that you can have.

    adeelsiddiqui, where are you???
Technically, how does that exactly work? Is every 12-year-old with a myspace account paying you 400/x, where x is the amount of people who visit? Or are they linking to you or what? BTW, check the link from your homepage... there is a %20 before the link which makes it go to a non-working link.

DrLudicrous, would you REALLY REALLY use one of those backgrounds? I doubt it. The backgrounds take too much away from the text on the page, making it difficult to read most of the time...

Can these "MySpace" background image designers get the point that it's difficult to see text over those annoying images?

No way, I agree that it's bad to put stuff like that as a background image. I was just offering a solution to the original question.

    Yeah, I knew it.

I would take that background image I like on that site, turn the brightness up 40%, then use it. I would NEVER do a "watermarked" background image, though... Microsoft and their stupid inventions... "static" backgrounds are dumb.

Anybody know a website where I can host a song that I can link to my page on MySpace? I've checked MySpace's music directory and they don't have the song I want.

i think you have to have a different type of music player on there to do that.

    Actually Mr. D.

I send messages to the ADULTS in the zip code in which I am performing with an invitation to my show. I will either give them free tickets with the purchase of my CD or I will give them half off tickets and take credit for their purchases at the door.

    Clear enough?

Holy smokes! Free tickets or at least HALF tickets??? AWESOME. Yes, clear.

How do you find their zip code or, better yet, do you have to have permission to send them messages? I am betting you're also paying for some sort of "myspace-mailer" service that sends them an invitation? For legit purposes, I guess that's cool...

Browse and insert the zip code. No extra fees, performers are doing it all over. Dane Cook is the master of the strategy.
