Why don't you take a sharpie and write that on the kid's grave, sheesh. No s**t he shouldn't have kicked an officer and tried to run away, but that doesn't change the fact that the officer didn't need to have his gun drawn in that situation, nor that said officer had failed some pretty important tests that would have helped him handle this situation better. It also doesn't change the fact that the HPD needs to do a better job of training it's officers, nor that the officers themselves say they need more practice. Not to mention it doesn't change the fact that the other kid who was killed was shot by an off duty police officer while he was waiting at an intersection (I love how you guys don't even comment on that one.)
