    This thread is hilarious.

Can we all agree that we are all either socialist pigs or neo-nazis and just get back to the real issue here.

That issue being a 15 year old child being beaten by 8 men for suspected burglary.

The kid is lucky the cops got to him. If it was my house he broke into and I saw him I would put a few rounds of Buckshot through his ass and call it a day.

At least I stated my opinion about it. Race shouldn't even be brought up...

Funny note about Quanell though, my dad has a typed/signed apology letter from him sitting on his desk at his house.

My dad wrote his wife a ticket back in the late 90's and the lady acted like a dumb b**** and threw a fit. A few hours later Q was at the station throwing a racially charged fit about my father (Who by the way, had a black riding partner, whose also his best friend to this day) demanding for his badge. Well luckily, this was about the time where dash cameras were starting to be put into all the cars. Q watched the video of his angry wife acting like an ass for no reason (He also saw where she was speeding in a school zone (50 in a 30) and formally apologized to my dad. The guy searches for a way to get his ugly mug on TV. He is a clown, a joke, and a prick. And his wife is a fat b****.

Racism is still alive and is sadly relevant to this topic based on past experiences.

Would a nice blonde-haired boy with blue eyes been beaten by the cops?

In my experience some (not all) police officers are power-tripping douchebags with small dicks looking to get off an having a small amount of authority. It has very little to do with enforcing the laws of the state and the country and everything to do with personal value.

I could be mistaken, but I believe the original article in the chronicle stated that the officer who kicked the kid in the face while he was cuffed on the ground was black.

The deeper issue is bad parenting that causes a high crime rate in the city. With better parenting this kid would have never been in a position to be beaten by the cops.

"And his wife is a fat b****" - lol, I didnt say it.

I would pay PPV $49.95 to watch his ass get beat by 8 HPD.

Oh Racism will always be there. No doubt about that one but these cops that kicked this boy were black.

I've had a lot of experience with cops since I went to a high school in Houston that specializes in law enforcement. Minority cops are one of the worse people to deal with. They tend to be harder on their "own kind" and seem to have a power trip.

Like I stated before, there are some good cops and there are some bad cops. Just because there are bad apples in the bunch doesn't mean all cops are like that.

Two crimes were committed in this story. One was the boy for stealing and the other was the individuals that put their hands on him. Two wrongs don't make a right.

That's soo true but this IMHO isn't a race thing. The kid was black and so were the cops. Black on black racism?

I'd say the lack of parenting, not bad parenting.

High percentage of the crimes committed are by young men from poor, broken homes.

And so what if the Cop was black who kicked the black kid, racism exists within a common race, you better believe it. I'm not saying he did it because he was a racist, but it certainly is possible.

Ummm it's both... Bad parenting and lack of parenting. Some parents don't do their jobs and beat this kid's ass when they act up.

But the high percentage of crimes does have a lot of young men that were either raise by their mother or grandparents.

Yeah there's racism that exists within a common race but how do we know it was racially movatived? You can't always throw out the race card everytime something happens.

Moe... I think you need a hug...
