Howard was humiliated by his teammate and the brain of all of this is Harden

Howard isnt being utilized effectively in the offense for sure. But this is because no one on the team can seem to pass it him effectively. I just hope he continuous to stay motivated despite the small number of touches he gets in games.

 

We complain when we play through Dwight on the post too much and wish he played more like DeAndre. Basically, a superstar board grabbing, garbage man.
Maybe that highflying, alley-oping part of his career is not showing due to his age. Maybe he needs to pick and choose the days when he is going all out or is more reserved on the offensive end. In the end of the day, as long as the H-H pick'n'roll is there in the playoffs its good.
Harden pulling up before the pick is set has been there for the past three years. I don't think it was any different last night. When he misses those, it looks bad, but when he makes them no one would care. In the end, based on last years results in the regular season, and when he is on form, the Harden ISO play is a pretty good play.

man their is no consistency to these reports. Is Harden aloof? because then he wouldn't have a lot of close teammates and couldn't ISO Howard the way the OP is saying. Or is there a thing between Harden and Howard that is hurting the team?

Dwight Howard is overrated offensively

He got only 5 shots basically because thats' what he wanted

When they passed him the ball he often fumbled and threw the ball away and just plain looked incompetent

People need to also understand he shies away from the ball in the fourth because of his sorry free throw shooting.

There will be nights he gets double doubles but overall he just ain't good offensively.

He never takes middle distant shots because he has none

He is just overrated offensively

 

He isn't overrated offensively because everyone and their mothers know he's has zero offensive game. When Dmo comes back he needs tto be regulated to the Ben Wallace role. All post touches need to go to Harden and Dmo
