I like your name. Is that you Dwight?

Did you send hopeful signals or did Harden and Parsons leak hopeful signals?

Dwight mention's God. Him and Lin can do bible study together and Lin can enlighten him to the right path....

Martin expired this year, leaving the Thunder at a little over $64 million in guaranteed contracts for this coming offseason. THE THUNDER CANNOT AFFORD DWIGHT!

Was thinking the same thing. Trade Bosh for Howard.

I think this article is the strongest indication yet that we are best positioned to land him.

I can't see any of these teams + Dwight winning more than the Rockets + Dwight:

    Dallas
    Atlanta
    Lakers

One thing I'm still worried about is Howard and Paul's public comments seem to be almost choreographed. I can't shake the feeling that they have something up their sleeves and the fact that they've both been in LA all season tells me they've had plenty of chances to discuss something.

This is why I think it's important that we are ready to deal Asik, Lin and Robinson. If it came down to it I think we could probably deal Robinson for nothing, Asik for Howard and then maybe Lin for Paul. Obviously neither Lin nor Asik are equal value to what we're getting, but I'm assuming those teams would rather get a useful, well-priced, young asset in a trade than getting nothing at all.

I don't think that's a very likely scenario because there are too many variables for that to go right. But given what we know right now, if the only reason we lose out on Dwight is that he wants to play with Paul, and Paul is willing to come here, and we can't afford it... I would be disappointed in Morey for not having some semblance of a plan to TRY and make it happen at least.

I should note that I don't expect Morey to land two superstars, or for Paul to want to come here, but given all the planning we've been through it would be insane to not be prepared for that tiny possibility.

This actually is setting it up PERFECT for a transition over to Houston

Media: "Dwight you picked HOUSTON over LA, SERIOUSLY?!"

Dwight: "Only GOD can JUDGE ME"

And thats, that. Bulletproof reasoning and logic enough. And we go on. Send over an iPad with some religions emblems

Not with Lebron, Wade and Bosh there. I firmly believe Dwight wants back his Magic days, I mean days where he is the man, except on a team with superstar player(s) name that isn't bigger than him.

Lin and Dwight have 1 thing in common is that they like to play video games. Look at Howard's recent tweets.

No other teams have thrown the love we have shown Dwight. It is his to lose, not ours. The Rockets still can make plays for other great players this season, or next.

Dwight-"Actually I'm working right now on some stuff with Disney."

TJ-"Do they have a Disney studio in Houston?"

    Dwight-"Time to shoot free throws"

    Gold.

I just want to win -- assuming the money is equal.

Obviously, if winning was the only thing that mattered, he'd be signing the vet minimum in Miami. So first, he wants the max, then maybe he wants to win a decent amount, then he wants to be sufficiently involved in the offense... there's a list that has more than one thing on it.

and he wants to make sure there are other superstars on the team that he can rely on rather than the other way around.

i've never heard an athlete say anything BUT "i just want to win", but i've seen plenty of actions that speak much louder than their words.
