    Don't confuse white guy gangliness and a really odd body with lack of athleticism. McHale was definitely athletic. You don't make All-D teams without being athletic. And no, he did not have better post moves than Dream.

    Man no doubt Hakeem still has the moves and quickness to still bang with the big boys today. But IIRC his last couple of seasons in the NBA was plagued by the lack of stamina. I think he kept running out of breath way too early... which was the reason for his decline IMO.

    Give him new lungs and he'd make Oden wish he'd never come out of injury.

    NO WAY anyone will EVER do Dream's moves. What do I mean? Look at the footwork, look at the shot's sweetness.

    At about 5:20, look at DREAM's post move. His shot at the end of that move looks like he jumps DIRECTLY UP into the air. Compare with Howard's imitation. He looks like he jumps while still going away from the top of the key and shooting towards the rim...

    I LOL'd at that. :grin:

    first time seeing it for me, that was fun.

    Hakeem seemed winded from the workout when he was teaching Dwight, so I don't know if he's in basketball shape, but he still has the touch.

    sidenote, I can't help it, but was that Mighty Mouse towards the end helping them out w/ the ball... short guy....all I could was, did Dwight bring Jameer Nelson w/ him.... lol

    Hakeem had the full package - really miss him being on the court - miss the anticipation of what awesome play he might make in the game that night, or just the quiet steady play of his game. He was really fun to watch.

    I love how on Day 3 (6min?) Hakeem is showing this move and finishing with a shot near the rim... and Dwight cant seem to get it and keeps fading away. Hakeem keeps saying "good job, nice, good move..." but each time he shows him how to try to get closer by the post move, and each time Howard just moves further out with the fade. Something about it, in those moment Howard seemed a little lost or something.

    One thing I notice is how much skinnier Howard's legs are compared to Hakeem's. A part of Dwight Howard's problem seems to be that his body is top heavy and he doesn't have much below the waist. Guys like Hakeem (and Yao) just seem to have more stability in their moves.
