If Dorsey can come back again, I don't see why Lin can't.

no man please. I respect you Jeremy, but it's not gonna happen here, bro. Go somewhere else and try to make your mark, I know you have the talent to do it in the right climate.

I agree. Get him on a good contract, have him understand his role as an off the bench energy/offense guy, and I think he would be just fine.

The main reason Lin's first stint in Houston wasn't a success was because he was brought here on a very large (very public) contract and was supposed to be our main offensive playmaker. A role he was never really cut out for.

That said, hopefully by this summer we have our upgrade at PG and we wont be in the market for another one

If Lin accepts the contract and role of a 12-13 mpg reserve, then I'd be fine with him returning.

They only let him go because of his salary to begin with. Guy had so many games where he was a playmaker badazzle. If you can't come to terms and see those playmaking stats then you are just unreasonable hater because he had many games where he orchestrated the team to victory.

The LOFs are a different story. Anybody too obsessed or hateful should be banned. This is Harden's team and he is the true messiah.

    Wouldn't be surprised.

Based on Lin's interviews this year with the Lakers...it seems he has no desire to stay in LA after this season (who would?) and tends also to rave about how great Houston is and how he still keeps in touch and gets along with Rox players and Coach McHale.

Lin is a good kid with playmaking abilities... as 6th man on a reasonable contract - sure...

I'd rather not deal with the 'circus' that surrounds him, but it is what it is...
