Two shows I like better than Breaking Bad. The Wire and The Sopranos. Honestly HBO has had some really good shows over the years. I feel like Six Feet Under never gets mentioned much, but it's a pretty good show too.

If I'm going by one single season of awesome, it's probably Firefly. Sadly the poeple at Fox had to cancel it.

    Game of Thrones
    Fargo
    The Leftovers
    House of Cards
    Better Call Saul
    The Americans
    The Walking Dead

I think those are all the ones I watch.

You have to get to the second half of the season. Thats when business picks up. Its a slog the first half but after that the show has been a joy to watch. One of the few I make sure to keep up with every week that doesn't become a back log on my DVR

Gf and I enjoyed it. There were some cringeworthy moments, but there was some good violence and plotting as well. I'm going to miss having micheladas and bbq while watching it.

Templar knight went down like a boss. I was curious to see how everything played out.

Two outstanding shows I've seen in 2015:

    Sense8
    Silicon Valley

    Daredevil was very good.

South Park is always a must-watch.

I watch Walking Dead but am not as enamored with it as most. Dropped GOT after season two.

The only thing I'm currently watching is S2 of The Knick.

Still haven't gotten past the first part of Fargo S1. Need to get back to it.

I don't watch a lot of television, but I like Quantico, Fresh off the Boat, and Brooklyn 99.

You're the worst, one night, I was flipping through and stopped at FX. I watched a little of it. Then I went to the IMDB to check it out. One of the actors I went to elementary school/high school with.

    1.Game of Thrones
2.Agents of Shield (I like it a lot more than most)
    3.The Americans
    4.South Park
    5.iZombie

Honorable mentions to Orphan Black, The Flash and Mr. Robot.

Arrow and The Walking Dead used to be up there. Arrow is still good, just not great. I personally gave up on the Walking Dead early last season.

I looked at my DVR. Of shows I watch that are currently airing new episodes:

    1. Peep Show
    2. Drunk History
    3. You're the Worst
    4. Nathan for You
    5. Black Jesus
    6. Tosh.0
    7. The Last Man on Earth
    8. Pawn Stars
    9. Rockets basketball
    10. The League

    The League is atrocious now.

The douchey-frathouse humor ruined the show pretty quickly. I couldn't really stand it anymore after the first couple seasons.

"Hey lets have something stupid happen and then coin a phrase for it" - Every single episode.

I have HBO/Cinemax package with Uverse, so I DVR it.

But I do know of alternate means.

The last golden age of television started with the Sopranos pilot and ended with the season four finale of Dexter. That said I do like You're the Worst even though I don't think it's that great, a little annoyed that Hulu and FX are hoarding this latest season. Fox did a great job keeping the casting and plot for Last Man on Earth under wraps. I'm happy Ben Mackenzie's still doing well after Southland got screwed by NBC, and now he's banging that girl from Homeland and V.

Yeah, John Oliver's basically taken the mantle. I was worried a few years ago when his standup specials comprised solely of that stuff, but HBO's really one a great job over the last twenty years making space for satirical commentary.
