I think "deplorables" is a good name for Warriors bandwagoners.

 

I became a fan that was crushed when Sampson and Olajuwon lost that first series to Utah. Then thought we had a chance to take down the mighty celts only to have my heart crushed when Lloyd and Wiggins drugged out thr following year. Soooo bandwagon? Nah they ain't served enough of a sentence.

You just have to accept that after the game went global, fans with no connection to American cities just chose the popular teams or just follow their favorite player.

Warriors had an amazing crowd even when they sucked though...

This girl i know was upset that someone asked her if she heard of Ed Sheeran. Not only has she heard of Ed Sheeran but she has been a fan of his since he was on myspace with a small number of fans. Somehow that made her feel special or some **** and everyone else were just bandwagoners.

Moral of the story is, we are all bandwagoners of something.

 

I would accept them because they will only help the organization. More attendance, better crowds, better revenue, more popularity, better legacy. With success, comes bandwagoners. That's how it works.

I know who the real fans are, and they will always have my respect. However, I'm not going to shoo away people who start to follow the Rockets after success.

 

I will allow band wagoners as long as they pay me $15 each

Look at how many LOFs were suddenly Rockets fans, only to quietly disappear after Lin was traded. It's a bucket of deplorable if you ask me.

 

I would feel great. Certainly I wouldn't be so concern about new fans. Seems silly to be so up tight.
