    Thats not what that money was meant for. It was meant for you to go out and spend it. Possibly on a PS3 or Xbox360. You DO know GTA4 is out?

    Or we can go out and drink our asses off and the drinks will be on you!

    Just checked mine using this and this is the info it gave me:

    Your total Stimulus payment was calculated as $300.00 and consists of the following:

    * Basic Amount: $300.00.
    * Qualifying Child Amount: $0.00 (Based on 0 qualifying children).

    Your payment of $300.00 is scheduled to be mailed on May 23, 2008. If you do not receive the check by June 20, 2008, please contact us again. For information about how to file a claim because you have not received your check, or it was lost, stolen, or destroyed, please continue.

    Your Stimulus payment was reduced based on your 2007 qualifying income, or it was limited to the amount of your 2007 Net Income Tax Liability.
    Helpful Information:
    You should keep a copy of the IRS notice you received listing the amount of your payment. In the event you do qualify for the full amount next year, you will need to have the notice as a record of the amount you previously received.

    At least now I know I'm getting a check, but I won't get anything until after May 23rd... :( Dammit I need that money NOW! I just spent it on new clothes! :D

    as of last Friday, they were up to 49

    just got mine Friday, don't get to spend it on anything fun.

    We racked up 20K of medical costs fixing my wife's spine, and both the stimulus and the regular tax refund went to that.

    :(

    what a shame too...I could have got the rest of my 125 gallon reef tank setup with the almost 3K worth of tax refunds/rebates.

    Ours was 61 and we got ours Friday. I don't know that it had any effect on it, but we filed our taxes in early Feb.

    We got a gas grill and a new pair of glasses for me.

    I am pretty sure you do you just don't get it according to the schedule. You will most likely not get it until after the last det goes out.
