Also - she has started to have interest in a different setting (still three stone, but set a bit lower). I really like the diamonds and the channel diamonds in the setting as well, but I'd like it all a bit lower.

Is a new setting expensive? Where do you find them? How much does it cost to put the new diamonds into the new setting?
