not to state the obvious here but could you run some kind of fan or off setting noise? Another obvious one is earplug and fan. maybe try a noise window sensor: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/Mv6sBuwzLhk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> The Sono device sticks to the window where it senses the noise vibrations on the glass surface. It uses this information to generate a signal that cancels out the vibrations, similar to the way the noise-canceling headphones http://www.nbcnews.com/technology/n...s-you-enjoy-silence-amid-cacaphony-8C11391267 How loud is this bird?

Birds are awesome. Done people most don't understand... Same way some people don't understand how did can be like family members and loved. Now done I've with a squawking bird obviously isn't doing much to keep it domesticated. The birds I've always had were like dogs, would go on over to me with their heads down to be scratched.
The only answer to something in your neighbor's yard that annoys you is to escalate the situation by committing a crime a violating his property rights. That will teach everyone a lesson.

Someone in my apartment complex has very recently added a constantly barking dog into the mix and I remembered this thread. I love dogs but annoying noise is what it is. Seems like it encourages a larger one and a yip yip to occasionally chime in.
