Take a stark look at your future. I assume your mommy and daddy are providing for your needs but that won't always be the case. At some point they will consider you raised and get on with their lives, saving for retirement and having a mid-life crisis without you, you will be on your own.

Do you want have some money? do you want to have a good looking woman? do you want to have a job that you love or that really means something?

You can screw off and just get by and no one will care but your own guilty conscience. You can always choke down your self-revulsion with alcohol and drugs.

You are responsible for you. You will make the efforts and decisions that define your one and only life.

    Or you won't,

Step 1. Don't ask a bunch of us internet nerds for advice.

Step 2. Refer to step 1.

    GYM, GYM, GYM!!!!

Sign up for a gym membership and start hitting the weights. You will see an increase in energy with all the test building in your nut sack!

But seriously going to the gym and living a healthy lifestyle helps build energy.

Starts with a good diet. If you're feeling lazy then it's because your body is not getting enough nutrients.

    Good luck
