When ordering, please be sure to ignore the 1 hour ETA given to you by the cashier before you started your order and after you finished your order.

Then call 15 minutes later demanding to know where the food is. Ignore all manners that you may have learned during your lifetime so you can unload all your pent up misery on the food service worker. It's ok, they're not human anyway

Call back after 30 minutes threatening to never order from the restaurant again.

Call back after 55 minutes demanding a huge discount for your troubles. Be sure to claim that you ordered 2 hours ago.

Give HUGE attitude to the delivery guy when he gets there because it's obviously his fault that your food got there an hour after you ordered it. It isn't like he knows what ETA you were given over the phone. Make snide comment about how the driver must have forgotten about your food and that it's probably cold by now.

Why not just say screw you to the guy and cancel the order?

It's the food business, you have to have a thick skin. This guy was just even worse than usual.

That sucks. I'm of the perspective where I don't want people to spit or do something nasty to my food.

But I will expect a discount if servers forget my order or don't even call.

I never call unless it's like 20 minutes past the ETA. This pizza hut by me automatically puts up like a 45 minute ETA on all orders.

I didn't know this until my wait time was nearly an hour and a half and I called to see where the bleep my pizza was (which just reaching the store was frustrating, they send you to a call center that IS NOT EVEN CAPABLE OF TRANSFERRING YOU TO THE ACTUAL STORE!!) then the store finally called me back and said oh yeah we are way backed up it's a 2 hour wait time, it just automatically gives you a 45 minute ETA, WHAT?!?!

Dang, which one? It's probably still better than the one in Dickinson. I have had to cancel atleast 3 orders from them because they ran out of something or another. They never have drivers ready, and the wait is always atleast an hour.

You might think thats funny, but there are a few laundromats that rent out space to bubble tea places.

I have no idea how Pizza Hut stays in business, especially in New York where mom & pop pizzerias have them beat by a mile

There's one up here that serves beer on their patio, and there's a taco stand next door.
