Why would u go back to eating 3000 calories just because you lost weight? Its all about making adjustments to go with your results.

thank you. it's called adjusting your macros to fit what your goal is. You can still consume 3k calories but if a majority of it comes from protein, then you will cut down the carbs/fat portion. Dieting is everything when it comes to being able to see your abs.
Thats what cheat days are for. To have something to look forward to and reward yourself. Helps stop the cravings, but most importantly it gives your metabolism, hormones, and energy a boost while giving u nutrients u might be missing out on.
