Never thought about the dieting part. I can see and feel my sixpack abs, but the layer of skin is in my way. I need to get that tighten up. I need work on my shoulders and arms and chest.
Haha your totally right, every single bodybuilder in competition uses steroids, thats a fact, I've been working my ass of for years at the gym and i can tell you that physique is impossible to attain naturally. Most people just do one cycle though to get themselves started and then work there way up from there, but then theres the ones that inject for breakfast, lunch, and dinner(literally).
This workout plan will transform your body, trust me, plus its totally free, just find a workout partner looking for the same results.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-gethin-12-week-daily-trainer-intro.html You probably won't see as dramatic results as the creator of the program, but you'll love the change regardless.
This is hormones bro. He wasn't even "fat" from the beginning, he had bloat from drugs with some fat of course, but mostly just bloat. He still had the lines on his chest, etc.
To be completely serious. You can do kickboxing to lose those extra fat you have laying around. Every night and every morning do 100 situps and 100 crunches. If you wanna tone your biceps and triceps add 100 pushups. These basic workouts actually work. You can also try the tabata cardio workouts (menshealth.com).
To have bad ass abs you need a lower chest to go along. Im currently bulking to build muscle and I would lean down come January. Check out Matt ogus, hodge twins , Chris jones physiques of greatness, zyzz the god.

I'm serious. Lets say you used to eat 3k calories a day. You decided to start eating 2k calories. Now your body has become used to the 2k calories. You have lost the weight you wanted. Now you go back to eating 3k, you're going to gain the weight twice as fast and more.
It's true, radically changing your diet then changing back seriously messes with your metabolism. This is why it's better to eat like 5-6 small meals a day instead of the 3 normal ones, keeps the metabolism going.
Uh, you do understand that diets are not strictly limited to reducing caloric intake right? In fact, some diets require increasing caloric intake based on your workout regime? And that part of diets is correcting WHERE your calories come from such as reducing the percentage of calories you consume from carbs and saturated fats?
Chris Jones is the s***, his videos are hilarious and he gives a ton of great information. Pushups do nothing for your biceps. Its a push movement so it works your triceps, chest, shoulders and core. Your arms will get more tone because its hitting your triceps and shoulders but you need pull movements to work your biceps. A basic exercise that incorporates biceps is pull ups.
You'll generally need to get to the 10% body fat range before you start seeing definition in your abs. You can buy a weight scale that gives you a body fat reading as well. I have this one and love it.
