How to convert to Xvid/Divx (rockets2k)

    got a tv tuner.. and it records in mpeg2.. was wondering what the best program/codec is to compress the files down but still maintain quality.. like the rockets2k videos.. thanks

    You can do it with Virtualdub. Just do a search for it. Its free...

    i did that but the size really didnt change much and quality changed quite a bit
