i like the fact that he can stretch the floor as for defense and rebounding he is known as a very good one but he even admitted that he had a bad game in terms of reboundin and defense..but he is known as a rlly good defensiv/ rebounder

I think Jamison is a perfect comparison. They are both 6'9'' 235, good inside out game, strong, athletic, and a good BB IQ. Scouting reports say PP is a good defender, just needs to work on rebounding. Love the blue collar attitude with the athleticism and range.

He deserves minutes right away. If Hill can develop into a decent backup C our depth is unbelievable.

Exactly. I see Aldridge as a player who relies on fade aways and turn arounds, simply because his talent, shooting form, and length allow him to do so.

Patterson is more of a stand still, catch-and-shoot type player. I don't think his shooting form allows him to release the ball with a man relatively close to him.

He has almost the exact same DraftExpress stats as Michael Beasley

I think Morey was right when he said this draft was heavy with bigs, ala Landry was easily replaceable. I'm thinking Patterson could be better than Landry by year two.
