Sad story really. I remember everyone was so ecstatic on him towards the end of last year and that this would be time to get his pay day. However, he jumped the gun on his injury and played on it likely to send him back to the ussr
pat is limited offensively and cant stick with the fast point guards that are in the west. Replacement needed asap because cannan isnt the answer either.
Totally agreeing with you 100%.... No argument from me at all at what you're saying... I'm saying the philosophy has to change, no one trade is going to be a huge difference if the philosophy on the offensive end doesn't change. I would love to see us get a veteran sg and put him on the bench with Josh.. move Harden to the pg (like curry) and put Brewer in the starting rotation. Bring Bev off the bench with Smith and the veteran sg and have the run a pressure defense and just push the freaking ball... That way you can have Brewer take some of the pressure off of Harden with his shooting and defense. T_Man
When par was hitting the 3 at 50% I would excuse his offense ineptness. Now he doesn't hit 3 or look to score.
A bottom PG(no doubt worst among West playoff teams) One of the bottom PF(may speak more about the other PFs than Motiejunas himself but...) One of the bottom coaches(Williams & Brooks give him a run for his money) Sounds like a recipe for success! Spoiler Curry-Green-Kerr Conley-Randolph-Joerger Beverley-Motiejunas-McHale Lillard-Aldridge-Stotts Rondo-Dirk-Carlisle Paul-Griffin-Rivers Parker-Duncan-Popovich Bledsoe/Dragic-Morris-Hornacek Holiday-Davis-Williams Westbrook-Ibaka-Brooks
Yeah, he was hitting over 40% from 3 for a while there, wasn't he? Even after he came back from the hammy injuries. I don't know what's happened to his shot. Last year, he was like a poor man's Derek Fisher. The last month or so however, he's playing like a scrub.
Maybe he's trying to bring down his own trade value. Regardless we need to do something at the PG position and find a temporary fix at the Center position while Dwight is out. Should've just ate Dorsey's money and kept Tarik Black
I feel bad for Bev. He's playing so bad he could seriously be in danger of playing himself out of the league soon. I see the Rox moving on from him once his contract is done if they don't trade him. He could be a solid bench player but there's a lot of backups better then him currently too.
Gah. I just wish we'd give Canaan some more run. I wonder why McHale doesn't play him. There has to be a reason, right?
Very effing replaceable, at this rate. Seems like his injuries have caught up with him. Y'all know I wouldn't have said this last season, but he can go. Be blessed.
He's declined significantly, honestly defensively he hasn't been the same since the meniscus tear. Offensively he started the year hot but his shot has left him too, he's pretty useless out there.
Sign me…at least I will pass the ball to Harden down the stretch and not hero ball it like Bev has the last few games… …and I'm a Pat Bev fan.
^Lolz. It's funny reading these posts from over a month ago. Still shaking my head about how people choose to ignore obvious things that are right in front of their face.
